STN SERVICES IT&C S.R.L., a Romanian private-law legal entity, CUI 43321942, with its registered office in Bucharest, Drumul Gura Făgetului no. 103-105, 2nd floor, ap. 17, Room 1, District 3, hereby informs you, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, that it will collect and process your personal data (name, e-mail address, phone number, etc.) in order to keep you informed about:
- newsletters;
- offers launched by STN SERVICES IT&C S.R.L.;
- commercial promotion activities.
The company operates the ReelIn website and application. The processing of data within the ReelIn platform is described in the ReelIn privacy policy.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
The recipients of your personal data are the employees, directors, managers, processors and legal partners of STN SERVICES IT&C S.R.L. Any transfer of this data to another company, in Romania or abroad, takes place only with your express consent and only for the purpose you opted for.
Your data is stored for a limited period, for as long as we develop products or services within your area of interest. You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of processing, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) if you consider that your rights have been infringed.
If you withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted from our database and you will no longer receive our communications. To exercise these rights, contact us with a written, dated and signed request, by e-mail or any other means of communication, with the subject line „Cerere informații personale”.
Your request will be reviewed and answered within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the internal rules adopted to implement it.
We have put in place technical and procedural measures to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data we process, and to prevent unauthorised use or access and personal data breaches, in line with the applicable legislation.
